Unlike many other memorial/obituary websites
I offer uniquely designed webpages for every individual, created by professional designers.
Every online memorial will be designed to the customer’s specifications. Background images
can be supplied by the customer.
No “Do-it-Yourself” templates
The customer will send in their loved one’s details, images and requested verses and/or lifetime story. From there I will carefully create the online memorial from scratch. The customer can review
the page and request any changes, if needed,
until they are satisfied with the entire layout.
Tailored packages to suit
Customers can select from different packages that contain a stand alone online memorial or a combination of an online memorial and memorial keepsakes and/or other services.
Unlimited images and texts
Customers can supply as many images and text as they would like to display on their loved one’s online memorial at no extra charge within their chosen package.
No hidden fees or extra charges
The prices displayed for the different packages include everything.
· No extra fees for any changes to the design before the customer’s approval.
· No fees for visitors to access the online memorial web pages
No adverts on the entire website
Unlike many free online memorials/obituaries I will never display any ads on this website and especially not on my customers’ online memorials.
To cover the maintenance cost to keep the website online, customers sign up to a small annual maintenance fee subscription of €9.99/year.

About me
My name is Kerstin Hellmann and I am a professional graphic designer, working in the memorial card genre since 2006.
Bespoke Online Memorials is part of Bespoke Memorial Cards, which I created in 2018.
With this wealth of experience I want to expand my unique design knowledge to my new online memorial range.
Unlike other companies I do not have a simple text column and a photo gallery of the deceased, but I am working closely with the customer to create a truly bespoke design from scratch. This includes photo collages, bespoke backgrounds, verses and/or lifetime stories that represent their loved one’s personality.
Advantages over traditional memorial cards
I can have your loved one's memorial ready within a day. You send me the photos, text, and any verses or memories in one email, and I design the page from scratch, so there's no printing, no addressing envelopes, no stamps, and no trip to the postbox for you. If you'd like any changes, one email is normally all it takes, and once you approve it, you simply share the link by WhatsApp or email, in time for the funeral or anniversary, to as many people as you like.
Unlike a printed card, there's no limit on how many people can receive it. I can include more photos and a longer biography or verse than would ever fit on a card, and it stays close at hand on a phone or tablet rather than tucked away in a drawer. It won't fade, tear, or get lost over time, and with nothing to print or laminate, it's a kinder option for the environment too.
Privacy and visitor comments
Each memorial page is private by default, visible only to the people you share the link with. There's no public index where pages can be browsed or searched. If you'd like an extra layer of security on top of that, you can also add a password.
Only you, as the person who commissioned the memorial, can ask me to make changes to the main page; visitors can't edit or alter anything on it. Each memorial also includes its own page where visitors can leave condolences, comments, and any stories they'd like to share about your loved one. If anything posted there isn't appropriate, you only need to let me know and I'll take it down.
